Recipe for Arabashi Soup Dish

Arabashi soup, also known as "Arabashiri" soup, is a traditional Japanese soup made from miso paste, dashi (fish broth), and various ingredients such as tofu, mushrooms, green onions, and seaweed. Here's a simple recipe for Arabashi soup:

 Ingredients:

 4 cups dashi (fish broth)

1/4 cup miso paste

1/2 block of tofu, diced

1 cup mushrooms, sliced

2 green onions, thinly sliced

1/4 cup wakame seaweed, soaked in water for 5 minutes and drained

 Instructions:

In a large pot, bring the dashi to a boil.

Reduce heat to medium and add the diced tofu and sliced mushrooms. Simmer for 3-5 minutes, or until the mushrooms are cooked.

Remove the pot from the heat and add the miso paste. Stir until the miso is completely dissolved.

Add the sliced green onions and wakame seaweed. Stir to combine.

Serve hot and enjoy your Arabashi soup!

Note: You can also add other ingredients to the soup, such as carrots, daikon radish, or shrimp, depending on your taste preferences. Also, be careful not to boil the miso paste, as it can lose its flavor and become grainy.
